What happens if a variation occurs in an area with no phone reception?
No problem. Cloudcon's native offline engine allows your foremen to create a variation, attach photos, and capture the client's signature entirely offline. The data is cached securely on the device and syncs to your office dashboard the moment the device regains 4G service.
Does the client get a copy of the variation they just signed?
Yes. The moment the client signs the glass and the device connects to the internet, Cloudcon automatically emails a certified, time-stamped PDF copy of the docket (including the photos) directly to the client for their records.
Can we track our costs against our original project estimate?
Yes. During project setup, you can import your estimated budget and cost codes into Cloudcon. As field dockets and timesheets are submitted, the platform automatically tracks your "actuals" against your "estimate," giving you real-time visibility into your remaining margins.
Can we configure the app to match our specific company variation forms?
