Do we need to fit new hardware?
No. If your machines already send data to the manufacturer's portal, Cloudcon pulls it from there.
How often does the data update?
It depends on each manufacturer's limits. Most sync in near real time or hourly.
What about machines without telematics?
Operators enter engine hours in the daily pre-start. Servicing and reporting work the same way.
Can we bill clients from telematics hours?
Yes. Verified engine hours can fill in wet hire dockets and flag excess hours on dry hire.
