Do timesheets work if the site has no mobile reception?
Yes. The Cloudcon mobile app operates with a native offline engine. Workers and foremen can clock in, add allowances, and sign off in total blackspots. The data encrypts locally and auto-syncs the second they drive back into 4G or Wi-Fi coverage.
Can we track time against specific project cost codes?
Yes. You can configure your timesheets so workers or supervisors must select the specific job, phase, or cost code (e.g., Site Prep vs. Final Trim) before they clock in, ensuring highly accurate project costing.
Does the system keep an audit trail if a timesheet is edited?
Yes. Cloudcon maintains a strict, time-stamped digital audit log. If a supervisor or payroll admin modifies a submitted timesheet (e.g., correcting a missed clock-out), the system logs who made the change, when, and what the original value was to protect you during Fair Work audits.
Can sub-contractors use the timesheet app?
Yes. You can issue temporary access or QR-code based web-forms for subcontractors and labour-hire staff to log their hours against your project, which can then be used to reconcile their incoming invoices.
