Will my older workers be able to figure this out?
Yes. High field adoption is our strongest metric. The mobile app UI was designed specifically for older demographics and non-technical users. There are no tiny menus or confusing settings—just big, clear buttons.
Does the app track my workers' GPS locations all weekend?
Absolutely not. The app only ever requests location while it's actively in use — never in the background — and there's no continuous or timer-based tracking running behind the scenes. Location is captured only at specific moments, like choosing a site, saving a photo, checking in, or scanning a QR code, and only when you've granted the app permission to access it.
Will the app drain my phone battery?
No. Because the app does not run continuous live background tracking, it is highly optimized to be battery-friendly, ensuring your phone easily lasts the entire 10 or 12-hour shift.
What if a worker forgets to submit their timesheet?
Site managers and foremen can see real-time submission statuses on their tablet dashboards. If a worker forgets, the foreman can log the time on their behalf, and the worker then confirms and attests to the logged hours before payroll closes to ensure no one misses getting paid.
