Can we keep our specific company layout for our site diaries?
Yes. You don't have to . You send us your existing paper diaries, and our team configures your exact fields, checklists, and sign-off requirements into the app before you roll it out.
Can the digital site diary link directly to our payroll or invoicing?
Yes. Once the diary is signed and synced to the office, the approved labour hours can flow directly into your payroll system (like Xero or MYOB), and the logged plant/materials can generate a draft invoice-completely eliminating double-data entry.
How secure and auditable are digital signatures for variations?
Our sign-on-glass feature captures time-stamped digital signatures. Once the client signs the screen, the record is locked and generates a secure PDF, providing a clear audit trail for commercial disputes.
