How do we track worker qualifications?

The platform includes a dedicated Training Matrix-a live register that tracks exactly who has what qualification, ticket, or induction, and whether their status is current or expired.

Can we configure the safety forms to match our current processes?

Yes. You can build Form Templates for your Site Prestarts, Incident Forms, and TAKE 5s, utilising Checkbox Fields, Photo Fields, and Signature Fields to perfectly match your HSEQ requirements.

Where is our safety and personnel data stored?

Cloudcon takes data sovereignty seriously. All customer personal information (PII) processed through our platform remains hosted within Australia via AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2).

Does the app continuously track workers' locations for compliance monitoring?

No. Location is only captured for a moment when a worker submits a safety form, sign-off, or clocks in, to confirm they were on-site for that record. Cloudcon does not run continuous background tracking.
