The 4:00 PM scheduling chaos is costing you
When your dispatch system relies on a whiteboard and phone calls, double-bookings and idle machinery are inevitable.
The Whiteboard Chaos
Texting 15 operators at 7:00 PM to tell them tomorrow's site.
Sending an operator to site, only to realize the attachment was left behind.
Finding out an operator is on an RDO after scheduling them.
Accidentally double-booking a machine across two different jobs.
Total Control with Cloudcon
Automated SMS and push notifications the second you hit publish.
Link plant, operators, and attachments together in a single click.
Live integration with HR leave balances and approved time off.
Visual timelines and live conflict detection prevent double allocation.
Visual logistics for complex fleets
Engineered to handle the moving parts of civil construction—people, plant, and projects.
Drag-and-Drop Dispatch
Instantly allocate labour, machinery, and subbies. View your total operational capacity at a glance and eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
Instant Field Notifications
Click "Publish" and we handle the rest. Crews receive automated alerts with their exact site address, start time, and assigned equipment.
Plant & Attachment Linking
Don’t just schedule the excavator; schedule the rock breaker and the float. Group assets together so your logistics team knows exactly what to mobilise.
Live Conflict Detection
Prevent expensive mistakes. Cloudcon instantly blocks you from scheduling an operator with expired licences or a machine flagged for maintenance.
From the allocator’s screen to the operator’s ute
A seamless flow of logistics that keeps the yard and the active sites perfectly aligned.
1. The Plan (Office):
The allocator drags and drops crews, plant, and subbies onto the active project schedule, adjusting dynamically for live leave requests and real-time machine availability.
2. The Notification (Transit):
The schedule is published for the week or the day. Operators receive an instant alert on their phone with all their critical shift details - no phone calls required.
3. The Execution (Site):
Because the operator is scheduled to a specific job and machine, their digital pre-starts and daily timesheets are automatically pre-filled with the correct cost codes, saving time at the gate.

FAQs
How does the system notify my crew of their shifts?
Once you finalize and publish the schedule, Cloudcon automatically sends a push notification directly to the operator's Cloudcon mobile app. You can also configure the system to send automated SMS text messages for absolute certainty.
Can we schedule external subcontractors alongside our internal staff?
Yes. You can manage your internal employees and your external subbies on the same dispatch board. Subcontractors can be granted limited access to receive their shift allocations without seeing your broader company data.
What happens if an operator calls in sick or requests an RDO?
Cloudcon integrates directly with leave management. If an operator submits a leave request and it is approved, they are automatically visually blocked out on the dispatch board, preventing the allocator from assigning them to a site.
Can the scheduling board integrate with our GPS trackers?
Yes. When integrated with your telematics or aftermarket GPS hardware, the dispatch screen can show you the live location of an asset versus where it is currently scheduled to be, allowing you to catch logistical delays in real-time.
Does the schedule connect to operator timesheets?
Absolutely. When an operator opens their Cloudcon app to start their timesheet, the system already knows which site they are on and what machine they are operating based on the schedule, automatically pre-filling the correct job cost codes.
