Yes. Cloudcon features robust Import/Export tools, allowing you to download finalised Timesheets containing accurate hours, Formula Field calculations, and Cost Codes for processing in your accounting system.
How does Cloudcon ensure accurate financial data entry from the field?
Cloudcon improves data accuracy with pre-configured dropdowns tied directly to your master Catalogue (such as specific Cost Codes, Job Codes, and Account codes), ensuring standardised field data entry.
Where is our commercial financial data hosted?
Cloudcon takes data sovereignty seriously. All customer financial data and personal information (PII) processed through our platform remains hosted within Australia via AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2).
Is system access controlled to protect confidential payroll rates?
Yes. We employ strict role-based access controls and complete separation of environments, ensuring you dictate exactly which roles can view, edit, or approve sensitive financial records, rates, and budgets.
Does the app continuously track field staff for payroll purposes?
No. Cloudcon only captures a location ping at the moment a worker clocks in or submits a timesheet, to confirm they were on-site. There is no continuous background GPS tracking used for payroll or any other purpose.
