FAQs
Do we have to change our internal construction processes to use Cloudcon?
No. Our Australian-based implementation team maps your existing templates, dockets and workflows into Cloudcon. You get a digital version of how you already work, meaning your field crews and office staff do not have to learn a new way of working.
Can we configure the software for multiple sectors, like Civil Contracting and Wet Hire?
Yes. Cloudcon is modular. If your operations span bulk earthworks, plant maintenance, and a wet hire fleet, we configure your dashboard to handle all of them, under one login. You only deploy and pay for the pillars you actually use.
Does Cloudcon integrate with enterprise ERP and construction accounting software?
Yes. We build bi-directional API integrations with major industry systems like Jobpac, Vista, SAP, Xero, and MYOB. This ensures your field data flows directly to your finance team without manual double-entry, meaning your systems finally work as one.
How do you handle software implementation for remote mining or regional infrastructure projects?
Our implementation team configures your setup remotely. We build your compliance templates and operational workflows before the platform ever hits the field, so the rollout runs smoothly, wherever your site is.
Is the Cloudcon mobile app fully functional offline for remote sites?
Yes. We know that heavy industry doesn't stop when cell reception drops. Our mobile app is built offline-first, allowing your crews to log site diaries, complete safety prestarts, and capture dockets without an internet connection. The system automatically syncs to the office the moment they return to coverage.
Where is our operational data stored, and is it secure?
Total operational control requires strong data security. Cloudcon is designed to support secure project operations and local industry governance requirements.
